Cancellation & No Show Policy

At Artha Salon, your time and our stylists’ time are equally valuable. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we have to following policy in place:

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that you give us atleast 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled fee.
  • Clients who cancel within 4 hours of their appointment may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeat no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay your future appointments.

3. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and a fee may still apply depending on the circumstances.

4. Deposits

For select services (e.g. color corrections, bridal bookings, or services over $150), a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
